SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE 3/7/2022. For schedule week of 2/28/2022 Please refer to your Zen Planner App Descriptions of current sessions offered by Club Kickbox CKB Champion is our signature 45-minute workout. Each workout begins with a conditioning, a stretch, bag workout incorporating punches, elbows, knees and kick,and final drills that will leave you wanting more. CKB Conteder (kickfit) is our 30 minute express workout, 7 minute warm-up, 3 minute stretch and 25 minutes on the bag. CKB F&F- CKB Friends and Fundamentals (buddies and bags ?)- The right way to learn the 7 core skills of kickboxing. This class is for beginners as well as experienced members who want to fine tune their skills. This is also the class where current members can bring a friend (1 visit per friend, reserve in advance please) to see what kickboxing is all about CKB MA- CKB Martial Arts- Martial Arts class combining, kickboxing, muay thai, karate and Krav Maga. Our blended martial arts program that is safe and effective self defense
